I finally took some photos of the hostel we were staying at. It's so well-designed!
The view from outside of our hostel.
After we checked out of the hostel, we went out for one last walk around the city.
This father and son duo were so endearing. A couple started dancing on the street, so the boy walked over and serenaded them.
The streets of Lisbon are covered in these black and white tiles. The locals always complain about how impractical they are (bumpy, slippery in the rain), but you gotta admit - they're beautiful.
Most buildings in Lisbon are covered in these colorfully patterned tiles. They have origins from the Moors who invaded Lisbon hundreds of years ago.
We followed the path of the 28 tram line to find the view we caught a glimpse of on our way to the Thieves' Market a few days ago.
Then we headed back along the riverside.
Goodbye Lisbon!
super well designed!! I would never leave that hostel haha. what a beautiful place
